FAQ
What is Makers & Pages?
Makers & Pages is a thoughtfully curated space for books, artisan makers, and meaningful connection. It’s designed to feel calm, intentional, and a little bit like exhaling.
Our storefront in Anthem is coming soon.
What makes Makers & Pages different?
Makers & Pages is a small, local gathering space designed to feel calm, intentional, and easy to return to. It brings together books and a limited number of thoughtfully curated vendors in a shared third-space environment.
This is not a traditional retail store—and it’s not a market. It’s a place to slow down, stay awhile, and come back to.
You’ll find quiet book nooks, spaces to sit and read, and a rhythm that feels more like a pause than a rush.
We’ll host book clubs, business gatherings, and small, meaningful events—along with exclusive member nights, pop-up shops, and curated capsule drops.
Everything is designed to feel connected, not crowded. Intentional, not overwhelming.
It’s a different kind of space—on purpose.
What can I expect to find at Makers & Pages?
You’ll find a curated mix of books (think book club titles), accessories, unique books and toys for littles, literary classics aligned with local schools, and artisan goods from local makers.
Nothing random. Nothing overwhelming. Just things that make sense together.
Do you carry books for Great Hearts Academies?
We do. Our “Classics to Keep” bundles are built directly from Great Hearts reading lists using the exact ISBNs required—so you don’t have to double check anything.
Are you affiliated with Great Hearts?
No—we’re an independent business.
We simply saw a need (and a lot of overwhelmed parents) and built something to make it easier. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Great Hearts.
Do you sell individual books, or only bundles?
Online, we offer “Classics to Keep” bundles (core curriculum titles) along with individual add-ons by grade.
Individual books will be available in-store.
What are “add-ons”…and do I need them?
Add-ons are additional materials for specific courses (like language classes).
Not every student needs them—so check your schedule before adding them to your cart.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes—Great Hearts families receive 5% off all bundles. The pricing already reflects this discount, so no code is needed.
A portion of every purchase also goes back to the school community through the PSO.
When should I order?
Sooner is better.
Back-to-school has a way of sneaking up, and we’d rather you feel prepared than rushed.
When will my order ship?
Deliveries are scheduled as follows:
- June 1 (orders placed by May 22)
- July 1 (orders placed by June 22)
- August 1 (orders placed by July 22)
- August 4 (orders placed by August 1)
We’re working to ensure everything arrives in plenty of time for the first day of school.
Can I return or exchange items?
Items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Contact us at info@makersandpages.com to request return details.
Will you have a physical store?

Will you host events or gatherings?
Absolutely. More details coming soon.

This is just the beginning, and it’s only going to get better from here.
